Sutherland's continued commitment to social responsibility |
Sutherland takes its social responsibility to heart, both on a local and global scale. In communities around the United States and the world, Sutherland supports the efforts being initiated by the Frederick Douglass Family Foundation (FDFF) in promoting the cause of freedom and equality for every man and woman.
Sutherland recognizes education is the key to breaking the chains of poverty. On the heels of its successful rollout in Chennai India, Sutherland is actively partnering with FDFF and Microsoft to open Digital Literacy Centers in Brixton Great Britain, Upstate New York and Upper Manhattan. These centers afford individuals the opportunity to become Microsoft certified, opening the doors to higher paying jobs and a brighter future. |
